This product is 100% natural and organic, it does not contain any artificial additives or preservatives. Our product is gluten free, nut free and dairy free. Handmade, fresh to order and manufactured in a certified commercial kitchen.
Ingredients include carbonated spring water, lime, cinnamon and wildcrafted Sea Moss Gold Sea Moss. The lime and cinnamon helps to neutralize any ocean smell and taste from the Sea Moss. Most of our customers have commented on how our Sea Moss Gel does not have any taste at all, because of this!
This product comes packaged in a glass mason jar with an airtight lid. As a wildcrafted product, slight variances in texture, color, taste, and appearance may occur.
HOW TO USE
We recommend consuming 1-2 tablespoons per day. Either on its own or by adding it to your favorite smoothie, protein shake, tea, or juice.
This product must be kept REFRIGERATED.
You can also use Sea Moss Gel as a salad dressing, dip for fruit, face mask, hydrating hair mask, or even as a vegan thickening agent when cooking.

We source our Sea Moss directly from St Lucia. Our local divers hand pick and harvest our Sea Moss responsibly to preserve the ecosystem.
What does sea moss taste like?
Sea Moss itself does not have a taste. We wash our Sea Moss thoroughly and soak it with key lime when preparing our Sea Moss Gel, which helps to neutralize any of the ocean smell or taste.
Which minerals does sea moss contain?
Some of the minerals that Sea Moss contains are Zinc, Iodine, Iron, Calcium, Potassium, B Complex Vitamins, Sodium, Sulphur and Silicon.
It is a great source of dietary fiber, Vitamin K, Copper, Riboflavin, Folate, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Manganese, Protein, Beta Carotene, B Vitamins, Pectin, Taurine (an amino acid usually lacking in vegan and vegetarian diets) and Vitamin C.
